Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be in the original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and personal care standards, used skincare and beauty products may not qualify for return eligibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement due to rapid order processing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used personal care products

• Final sale items

• Gift cards
